But it was unclear, as of 11:25 a.m. Monday, when listeners of the station, currently with a music format, would actually be notified of the change on the air.

Several media outlets reports over the weekend that WMGC (105.1 FM) will switch Monday to Detroit Sports 105.1 FM and have Drew Lane host afternoons.

Lane is the former co-host of WRIF-FM's "Drew and Mike" show with Mike Clark.

A Facebook page for Detroit Sports 105.1 promotes Lane's new show and mentions it will be broadcast weekdays from 3-7 p.m.
