Pure republican? really?

Texas landowners opposed to the Keystone XL pipeline are arguing that TransCanada Corp. (NYSE: TRP), the company building the pipeline, should not be using eminent domain to take over land for the pipeline route. KUHF Houston Public Radio reports that opponents gathered in Houston earlier this week to protest TransCanada’s use of eminent domain, which is normally used for government projects, but in Texas it can be used for pipelines.
